review from Nygel Packett of Folk London ( www.folklondon.co.uk ) “This duo are such a good fit – so well suited. The Briar And The Rose by Tom Waits is particularly beautiful here, sung unaccompanied. There is a comforting equilibrium in what they do, everything in perfect balance and easy on the ear. Richard Thompson’s Waltzing’s For Dreamers is particularly poignant. There is an intimate and endearing quality to all that Cambridge and Walker do on this album…….This is a heartwarming and engaging album. I imagine watching them perform in a small room would be the perfect setting”- Issue No. 313 June/July 2021
review from David Kidman of The Living Tradition ( https://www.livingtradition.co.uk/webrevs/caw002cd.htm ) “This is an outstanding disc, period.”- May 2021
review from Chris Wheatley of The Alternate Root (www.thealternateroot.com/.........../cambridge-and-walker-wheel-and-dive) “Wheel and Dive is a lovingly-crafted set of songs, old and new, infused with the spirit of English folk. Anyone remotely interested in this genre will want to check this out…..……Cambridge and Walker's vocals are something to savour.”- April 2021
review from David Aukland of FATEA (www.fatea-records.co.uk/.../CambridgeAndWalker/) “this incorporation of folk classics, covers and original material in 'Wheel and Dive' delivers a sense of collectivity and completeness, the quality of the vocal arrangements and harmonies maximising the sense and spice of each and every track. The traditional songs are faithfully researched and, in many cases given a fresh appeal, or a slight tweaking, for our modern values and times…………………...a beautifully balanced blend of traditional and contemporary, made even more magical by the alchemic vocal harmonies that fuse the rustic clarity of Cambridge's voice with Walkers's gentle huskiness”- March 2021
review from Val Haines of Mardles (www.mardles.org). “There is lots to like here: great musicianship and singing and a variety of material moulded the Cambridge and Walker style”- February 2021
